Your Tasks
- Deliver orders and set-up service to customers
- Plan delivery schedule and prepare of goods for pick-up and shipment
- Inventory management, including keeping order and tracking serial numbers in company CRM
- Order processing (processing orders, preparing shipping documents)
- Loading and unloading of incoming shipments
- Service and repairs of our electrical devices at customer location or warehouse
- Supporting our Sales and Business Operations Managers
Our Requirements
- Technical education preferred
- Customer service and logistics experience
- Able to lift 25 kg
- Willing to adapt and grow to increasing responsibilities of position
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (reading and writing), Arabic knowledge is an added value
- Valid UAE driving license and ideally car available
- Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered
